I have a low water pressure warning on my boiler. After i connect the pipe that allows me to get water into the boiler to increase pressure, nothing happens. Water is flowing from the pipe that has a direct flow with no isolation valve, but when you try to open that valve by turning the screw head 90 degrees there is no flow. it appears that this valve is no longer functional and requires a replacement. My boiler is a Morco GB 24-30 Series 2

As previous plumber did not have the tool to tighten off the overflow. Maybe also clear pipes so run clear as doing this to rent out flat so need it to be in good working order.

The team came to work from the company and no time was wasted after hours agreement.Then they identified the where leak was coming from and removed the bath panel. Afterwards,they fitted all the connections and pipe where it was needed and my leaked was fixed, ceiling was removed because it was damaged by water then fitted new ceiling board.I am happy with the job they did and there is no leak and Def heir them in future as wll if I need anything to be done .
