I was impressed with the way Andy did some extra jobs unasked (like replacing sealant around a sink) while he waited for a system test to complete. The cost of the job was very fair and I would definitely employ TRR again.

I arranged for a site visit. He confirmed and then turned up almost 30 minutes late. When I eventually found him, he was sitting on my front door step smoking. I gave him the chance to apologise, he didn’t. When I pointed out he hadn’t contacted me, he pointed to his bike and then made a load of ridiculous excuses. When I asked him to leave he became annoyed. Dreadful person, rude and unreliable.

1. Bath mixer cold tap leaking. I removed the screw at the back of the tap to remove the handle but it does not come off. Didn't want to force it. 2. Plug on the pop-up waste and overflow has come off. Can't reach inside to screw it back in. Would like it to be 're-attached'. Space may be limited due to being located next to toilet.
