We are disabled and on a tight budget. Work to be done as soon as i get the items required.

RESIDENT WOULD LIKE HOT WATER IN BATH TO BE ALOT HOTTER. FULL TAP FLOW COMING OUT OF BATH TAP IS TO HIGH. EVEN THOUGH IF BRING THE TAP FLOW DOWN TO 14 LITRES PER MINUTE TAP TEMP STAYS AT 40 DEGREES AND UNIT IS SENDING OUT 59 DEGREES. BLENDING VALVE UNDER BATH AND HIGH FLOW FROM BATH TAP NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT BY A PLUMBER.
