I would like to have replaced my traditional toilet and pedestal basin with a back to wall toilet [http://www.betterbathrooms.com/aspen-back-to-wall-unit-venus-toilet] and a basin with cabinet [http://www.betterbathrooms.com/td-white-400-vanity-unit-1] and mixer tap. My flat is the ground floor of a semi-detached that was split into two flats in the 80's, so the bathroom has external pipes inside the room and probably non-standard plumbing. The replacements aren't yet purchased as I would like the installers go-ahead that it is doable first. Can send photos of bathroom if requested.

A very reliable and punctual plumber who actually gives you courtesy calls and gives you updates, which is rare these days. He's very approachable and informative and gives advice without putting you under pressure. Also, after Currys failed to install a washing machine after a second time, we called APS over a weekend (more than likely busiest times for plumbers) and they actually offered to do the job before we go to work on Monday!
