I have an enclosed vanity unit which houses the systern for my toilet. Unfortunately the float mechanism has broken which is causing the water to keep filling from the pipe, this water goes straight back into the toilet and won't shut off. I think the float system needs replacing inside.

Need bathroom sink taps replaced. Hot and cold shower mixer taps replacing old bath taps. Toilet bowl replaced. Also need overflow in kitchen tightened up or looked at. As previous plumber did not have the tool to tighten off the overflow. Maybe also clear pipes so run clear as doing this to rent out flat so need it to be in good working order.
