Install the new shower, new tiles on the wall and floor, paint the sealing and door. 2 rooms: plaster the walls.fix the crowding and door. Paint the walls and sealing. Install new laminate floor. Hall way: take the wooden wall down, plaster and paint the remaining walls and replace the door. Install new laminate floor. Garden: take the old small shed down, remove the concrete and any rubbish in garden, cut the Lawn, paint the remaining small shed and do a bit of the concrete in front. Front of Flat: Remove all the cracks on window seal, repair and paint the seal.

This man refurbished my bathroom and plastered bedroom walls. His work was very untidy. He never used spacers for the tiles. He put large tiles on the walls as well as same on the floor. None of the tiles are straight. The floor ones have even started moving as he hasn’t put enough cement. When I pointed out to him, he blamed the tiles not his workmanship. I have used same tiles in my other home with a good tiler and no problems. Plaster was not smooth. Got paid but didn’t finish

At the end, they did things differently. there are unexpected expenses.the job is not precise at all. they are extremely messy. they hide some mistake they did without informing me. Also they are unreliable. a month after, the plaster is falling apart and paint is peeling ( they save on material they used) and they want to charge again to come back. they seems friendly and helpful but that just the 1st appointment.
