The bonus to working with Darren was how unobtrusive it was to have building work going on in the middle of our house. I have a false ceiling, which I would like to get it removed(bathroom, hallway and kitchen). The ceiling would need to be fixed for any defects(did leak when the upstair neighbours flooded their kitchen) and plastered if possible(fixing is more important can leave the plastering for later). The water pipes, electrical wires would also need to be hidden and might need a electrician for some work. Any more clarification, feel free to ask and if possible give me a quote after having a look.I am free on Saturday and Sundays anytime, and after 1900 hrs on wekdays.

Adam and Selim said yes to everything I asked and proposed competitive price. At the end, they did things differently. there are unexpected expenses.the job is not precise at all. they are extremely messy. they hide some mistake they did without informing me. Also they are unreliable. a month after, the plaster is falling apart and paint is peeling ( they save on material they used) and they want to charge again to come back. they seems friendly and helpful but that just the 1st appointment.
