We have a chalet bungalow with an upper floor of bedrooms. There is a storage area (eave area) in one of the bedrooms concerned. We would like to remove this internal wall to create an airy and bigger space. This storage area is habitually filled with junk. Once the wall of this eave is knocked off we would like to have the area made good/plastered or painted. Thank you. House owners are Mr Patrick and Mrs Maria Wong.

We have an approx 2m by 3m galley kitchen that we want to convert to two rooms by adding a stud wall. One with a downstairs loo, shower (partially enclosed) and basin and a seperate utility with a sink. We will need flooring, moving of electrical and water. Remove false ceiling and plaster hidden ceiling

I have a false ceiling, which I would like to get it removed(bathroom, hallway and kitchen). The ceiling would need to be fixed for any defects(did leak when the upstair neighbours flooded their kitchen) and plastered if possible(fixing is more important can leave the plastering for later). The water pipes, electrical wires would also need to be hidden and might need a electrician for some work.
