I have a small yard which has one brick wall in need of re-pointing and rendering - approx measurements are 6 foot high by 7 foot wide.
I also have a brick loose on the front corner of the house which can be quite literally removed and the pavement below it has 'opened' up causing me to worry that water is draining into underneath the house when it rains. I can provide images if requested.
