When we took the wallpaper off the plaster in bathroom was loose(on the outer wall),we removed the loose plaster then went over it with mortar and was planning to plaster and redecorate,then we noticed this wet area when it rained,it then dries,then reappears when it rains we've,we've looked outside and the possible cause is the gutter/roof/pointing.

Jake is very reliable,friendly,trustworthy,courteous and polite. He turned up on time and shown us the eps system and explained how it works. Excellent workman and is highly recommended, we are getting more quotes off him for other work with the chimney and will use JLB again for any future roofing jobs.

Single car garage in a row of five with adjoining garages on both sides. Built in mid 1970’s out of brick. Corrugated roof and supporting cross beams needs replacement. Back outside wall has considerable damage due to water flowing from faulty drainage. Needs rebricked or rendered (have photographs if requested) Guttering needs repaired/replaced. Garage door is ok but surrounding pvc borders needs replacing.

Dave provided a competitive estimate and the price quoted was the price paid. Dave rebuilt the whole of my garage back wall and replaced my old plasterboard garage roof with new tin sheeting. The work was completed in a timely manner. Dave was eager to ensure that the job was completed properly at every stage and responded immediately to any issues which arose. Dave and his labourer Aaron were friendly and helpful throughout. He seemed to take pride in providing value for money.I recommend him.

I have been trying to get someone to remove my outside roof and supplying a new one for months, but other builder's have promised to call but never turned up. Also re-pointed roof edges where damaged. Efficient and prompt, job was completed and all mess taken away. Oh and a fair price.
