The building is over 50 years old and the roof is at a guess over 250sqm. with multiple skylights, AC installations and pointing in disrepair. Over this past weekend, the weather has revealed multiple points where water is making its way into the building. One of them has filled a commercial size dustbin overnight. Had work done about a year and a half ago and again having the same repeated issues. What was used on previous job was with fibreglass Cromapol Instant waterproofing

The survey showed up damp underboarding and some other damage to the roof covering but is not specific enough and we need to make sure we can afford it! I engaged Mr William R Buckley (also known as Nick) initially to apply a finishing coat to two flat roofs which was fine. He then provided a quotation for two high level roofs. A leak occurred on the same day which I reported. I arranged for a roof survey by a member of the NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors) which confirmed that all the work Mr William R Buckley had undertaken had either not been done or done to a incorrectly/to a poor standard. I am now taking the issue to court.
