We have removed the fireplace but handyman hasnt cut off the ceiling part probably so water may be dripping from chimney extract into the roof. One of our bedroom has a small bump starting to develop and thats exactly the same part which leading to fire place. Apparently no tile crack but no to complete block off chimney part of the roof.

Answered quickly, when he couldnt get the materials on the day due to the issue with COVID, he told me what to order and I got them online, then he shifted his work to fit me in before it rained so the shed could be felted. If you want your roof repairing or renewing S.P roofing do a very professional job. Clean and tidy you don't kwow that they have been there. A1 job - renewed both my bedroom dormer style roofs in the same day. Will definately recommend to anyone.
