Told us each day for almost a week that he was coming to fix the repair but didn't show up on any of them as he was still having problems with transport. We have now advertised for someone else to do the job.

Due to storm damage I needed it done quickly and they did not let me down. They then returned as agreed to cement my whirligig into the ground. On both occasions they tidied up afterwards and left no mess. I would certainly recommend them and they seem to be able to do a big variety of jobs large and small.

I engaged Mr William R Buckley (also known as Nick) initially to apply a finishing coat to two flat roofs which was fine. He then provided a quotation for two high level roofs. A leak occurred on the same day which I reported. I arranged for a roof survey by a member of the NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors) which confirmed that all the work Mr William R Buckley had undertaken had either not been done or done to a incorrectly/to a poor standard. I am now taking the issue to court.
