Lead dressing and guttering, pointing and cowl install

Hello I have a few jobs on my roof that need some attention. The first job is that my house which is an early 1900's semi detached has a dorma roof loft conversion. The flat roof section of the dorm has come guttering which runs round the edge and there is a very small down pipe which directs the water onto the the spine of the final portion of pitched roof at the back of the house. Where the down pipe has been directed means that water runs alongside the lead flashing between the back wall of the dorma and the back section of pitched roof. Over time moss has built up under the lead flashing where it has been poorly dressed into the ridged tiles and the water is then directed via the moss under the lead flashing leading to leaks in the attic under the back section of the pitched roof. I would therefore like the down pipe guttering from the flat dorma roof to be extended and guided to the pitched roof gutter away from the lead flashing as well as cleaning and properly dressing the lead flashing between the pitched roof and dorma back wall. The second job is to repoint the front chimney stack on the house as there is moss and vegetation beginning to grow out from the pointing. The final job is to fit chimney cowls to the two chimney pots on my side of the front chimney stack (there a four in total but the other two are for my neighbours semi-detached house). The chimneys are currently not in use but ideally I would like cowls fitted to prevent water ingress but be able to tolerate the chimney in use should I wish to use it in the future. Re-sealing required on flat roof.

We are looking for quotes to re-seal a flat roof on our third storey extension. The area is approximately 4.5m by 3.5m. Previous survey completed in February 2010 suggests the overall roofing condition is good, but the severe weather at the beginning of the year has lifted the edges of some of the felt panels allowing water to leak through during heavy rainfall. It was suggested at the time that all we should need is the felt re-sealing, although we are open to the option of simply fitting the felt anew. The roof area is at the rear of a mid-terrace house. Access would be either by ladder from the rear of the house using a neighbours garden (conservatory below won't allow access directly from our garden) or via the front of the house either by scaffold or ladder up and over the front roof which remains sloped/tiled.

Application of Cromopol to two roofs

I have an outbuilding and porch which both require one coat of Cromopol to be applied. Outbuilding is 2.3x 3m and the porch 1.2x 3m.

Fit 2 chimney caps labour only as I have bought the caps

Fit 2 caps/cowels on chimney I have bought these so it’s a ladder job and then fit them they have a metal band and a jubilee clip that fastens it, they are light in weight

Leaking garage roof under terrace

Garage is situated under a flat paved terrace on an upper level. Water is leaking from the terrace through the garage roof.

Roof felting

New pointing required on one corner of chimney

The very top corner of the chimney has fallen away and when it rains badly the water comes through into the loft and ceiling space. Just need this fixed to last a few years until I have building work done

Tile and rafter repair

Inspect the bungalow roof. Replace a few tiles and probably repair some rafters underneath. Make good 2 gulleys.

I had a new shed installed about five years ago, and it has been fine until now, recent rain has now seeped through and is dripping from the felt roof, possibly because the felt was installed in two overlapping sections. So I need a quote for new felt to be applied in one piece. The roof is flat and slanted rather than gabled.
