I engaged Mr William R Buckley (also known as Nick) initially to apply a finishing coat to two flat roofs which was fine. He then provided a quotation for two high level roofs. A leak occurred on the same day which I reported. I arranged for a roof survey by a member of the NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors) which confirmed that all the work Mr William R Buckley had undertaken had either not been done or done to a incorrectly/to a poor standard. I am now taking the issue to court.

We called him in over a leaking under-terrace garage roof which had defeated numerous other tradesmen. Matthew repaired the pointing and jet washed the terrace, but found that water was still getting in from another unsuspected source which he corrected. We were very pleased and asked him to paint the exterior of the house. All work was of excellent quality, his team was careful to clear up and leave no mess, and his prices were very reasonable.
