Hi, we have a 6 foot section at the edge of the 1st ground floor roof tiles (verge?) where the mortar has come away and the board holding the mortar has broken away so the whole section will need repairing and repointing. there are two minor leaks in the porch and front room which we think are connected but would need checking. thanks.

Thomas (Roofsure) has done an excellent job repairing the verge & under cloaking for the gable end on our extension roof, this included cutting tiles back as the overhang was too wide (4"). Their price was fair, they came on time, worked hard & tidied up afterwards. Most important though, they are proper roofers & their work is top quality. We’re having them back to repair the gable end & refit the ridge tiles on the main roof & replace broken tiles on the lower roof. Highly recommended.

1960s detached house in Abercynon. Surveyor recently summarised for me: age and weather has caused rotten timbers and as a result 3 tiles are displaced. Rainwater getting through and running down outer stonework. No visible ingress to inside (loft). The left soffit box structure has rotten and fallen out taking some plastic with it. Probably a days work for 2 people. Possibly a tower required. No-one currently at the property, family is dealing.
