My building is terraced and the home next door is slightly downhill so the roof has an exposed brick apex separating the roof height difference. The brick chimney is along this. The bricks in the apex have crumbed and fallen out exposing the roof. The buildings are 2 floors with sloped tile roofs.

He was able to provide a quote of what I was expecting and included the price of scaffolding and arranged everything. Once working both guys were very friendly, with time to spend explaining the work and sharing their experience. The work was carried out very timely and to a high standard. Matthew repaired the pointing and jet washed the terrace, but found that water was still getting in from another unsuspected source which he corrected. We were very pleased and asked him to paint the exterior of the house. All work was of excellent quality, his team was careful to clear up and leave no mess, and his prices were very reasonable.
