Knocked internal wall down no receipt was given, felt worried as a single woman to ask. when asked, gave an excuse which was not reasonable. Its a shame really, because the positive side was that his work was neat and fast, I would of called him back for more work. Its sad, positive has to turn negative because of greed. I found out later materials he quoted me were over charged, which he no longer want to return my calls. Please be aware check all these situations before hiring

My building is terraced and the home next door is slightly downhill so the roof has an exposed brick apex separating the roof height difference. The brick chimney is along this. The bricks in the apex have crumbed and fallen out exposing the roof. The buildings are 2 floors with sloped tile roofs.

A leak occurred on the same day which I reported. I arranged for a roof survey by a member of the NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors) which confirmed that all the work Mr William R Buckley had undertaken had either not been done or done to a incorrectly/to a poor standard. I am now taking the issue to court.
