My building is terraced and the home next door is slightly downhill so the roof has an exposed brick apex separating the roof height difference. The brick chimney is along this. The bricks in the apex have crumbed and fallen out exposing the roof. The buildings are 2 floors with sloped tile roofs.

He was able to provide a quote of what I was expecting and included the price of scaffolding and arranged everything. Once working both guys were very friendly, with time to spend explaining the work and sharing their experience. The work was carried out very timely and to a high standard.
