I got new carpets laid while he was there and he made sure that they didnt get marked by walking about in his socks!! Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Walls should be complete within 2 weeks. Will supply tiles but need advice on waterproof adhesive and grout. Original plaster damaged due to water ingress behind tiles. Due for complete replacement.

I would not recommend James at all. His work is poor quality and I am having to pay twice to get his work undone and redone properly in my shower. No invoice as yet so no idea what he actually charged. He will no doubt dispute the quality aspect but I have plenty photo's I'd be happy to share showing the quality of his workmanship.

Daniel gave a good quote a short time after I had listed the work. He does many jobs one being tiling which I required. He arrived four days later as we had agreed and did the tiling in short time. Of course I went into the kitchen where three cracked tiles had been replaced, and ever forgetful, managed to stand on two before he left. Oops!! He quickly reset them, did a thorough clean up, and was pleasant throughout. I thoroughly recommend him for any work which he would be employed to do.

Also lay two section of floor tile inside a cupboard so I can put a washing machine on top.

I contacted other contractors and it was a case of "Nothing I can do" - have to take them up and fit new ones. I did my own research and found Fix A Floor. I posted a job with "MY WORKMAN". Lucas made contact - came out - gave me a quote - did the job and the final bill was less than he quoted. Treated me as a valued customer and I do not hesitate to recommend him for any job.

I'm very disappointed with Raymond, I was very nice to him and his Father. They started off the job very nicely then they got a big job and instead to finish my small job which make more sense so they could focus on the big job, they thought it better to leave my job and I paid him in full and he promised to come back and complete and he never kept his word. I am very upset Raymond as this is not the best way to do business.
