ask for money each day £160 on day one £40 on day two and £40 on day 3 and will only take cash. he had a fit on day 3 when i said i would have to give him a cheque tileing job is crap i said to him it needed more grout and he said that he had run out of it. today i have been and got more grout and adhesive and tiles and relayed some tiles and re grouted the lot, and i must say i have done a better job than he did.

Absolute disgrace from start to finish . Avoid this cowboy . Asked for money every day he was around doing the job . Only stayed for a maximum of 3hrs per day and some days did not even show up . Also turned up at 8pm at night and bank holiday unannounced demanding money for materials which were never purchased . Left the job half done and did a poor job at that , no explantation and no phone calls nor apology . Will never use again

Karl is a friendly chap and very obliging. He does a great plastering job but unfortunatly I could not recommend him to do any tiling. The grout has badly cracked on both floors he has done and the walls are not tiled from the centre working outwards i.e. don't give a symmetrical finish. However he is handy at doing other jobs e.g. plumbing washing machine.

Of course I went into the kitchen where three cracked tiles had been replaced, and ever forgetful, managed to stand on two before he left. Oops!! He quickly reset them, did a thorough clean up, and was pleasant throughout. I thoroughly recommend him for any work which he would be employed to do.

They started off the job very nicely then they got a big job and instead to finish my small job which make more sense so they could focus on the big job, they thought it better to leave my job and I paid him in full and he promised to come back and complete and he never kept his word. I am very upset Raymond as this is not the best way to do business.
