Billy led the job very efficiently, calling in a plasterer (one early morning) and using an electrician to do some small but fiddly jobs connecting up a new cabinet and extractor fan, the rest Billy did himself. The job was done in minimum time to the highest quality. I got 3 quotes for this work and Billy was the cheapest, and looking at the result I am delighted. Our bathroom walls need retiling. Total area is 13sq metres. We have cleared the bathroom and have bought all the materials (all tiles, borders, adhesive and grout). The only things we do not have is the tools to do the job. We need the existing tiles carefully removed, any uneven walls skimmed and made good and the new tiles put on in 'brick' style format (as you would a wall). New tiles are 10cm x 20cm. The alcoves to the two windows in the bathroom are also tiled (one window big, one small).

I'm sure this isn't a pipe but caused by the grout being breached on the tiles in the bathroom which is the other side of the wall.The shower gets heavy use, hence the water staining.I think it needs re-grouting and sealing. The skirt board has also rotted and will need replacing
