No real apology, said he had double booked and would come today (Sun 22nd July) at 9am. As expected, he didn't turn up and once again didn't bother to call. Caused us a lot of inconvenience. Very unprofessional and completely unreliable. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Of course I went into the kitchen where three cracked tiles had been replaced, and ever forgetful, managed to stand on two before he left. Oops!! He quickly reset them, did a thorough clean up, and was pleasant throughout. I thoroughly recommend him for any work which he would be employed to do.
