There is an electric shower that would need to be removed and can be removed by someone else but if you have the experience, even better. Want cheap mat underfloor heating for approx 3m square. Also need shower fitted, so would like tiler to come back once that is done to tile that and splashback of sink. Other bathroom (approx 195cm x 160cm) needs floor tiling (with ply underneath), underfloor mat hearing for approx 2m square and possibly side of bath tiled. Probably ceramic tiles. Wall tiles probably underground tiles (?20cm x 8cm) and floor tiles quite large (?30cm x 30cm). I will supply the tiles. Period property.
