They started off the job very nicely then they got a big job and instead to finish my small job which make more sense so they could focus on the big job, they thought it better to leave my job and I paid him in full and he promised to come back and complete and he never kept his word. I am very upset Raymond as this is not the best way to do business.

I have a damp on the hall floor. I'm sure this isn't a pipe but caused by the grout being breached on the tiles in the bathroom which is the other side of the wall.The shower gets heavy use, hence the water staining.I think it needs re-grouting and sealing. The skirt board has also rotted and will need replacing

He came up with some amazing ideas and turned my bathroom from an eyesore into a deluxe bathroom of which now I can enjoy my time in. He also boxed up my electric metre which was out in the open, as my hallway is very narrow he created a box that was more than practical. Darren has truly helped my house feel more like home.

I had to replace 5 tiles after replacing shower and boiler. The work was a bit complicated as the wall was not concrete but plasterboard and therefore easy to break. Marcio dealt with the job with care and professionalism and has not broken any additional tiles. My bathroom looks like brand new again. His communication before and after appointment was excellent. He arrived on time and cleaned the bathroom after work. Highly recommended! I will not hesitate to use his service again!

Our bathroom walls need retiling. Total area is 13sq metres. We have cleared the bathroom and have bought all the materials (all tiles, borders, adhesive and grout). The only things we do not have is the tools to do the job. We need the existing tiles carefully removed, any uneven walls skimmed and made good and the new tiles put on in 'brick' style format (as you would a wall). New tiles are 10cm x 20cm. The alcoves to the two windows in the bathroom are also tiled (one window big, one small).

Of course I went into the kitchen where three cracked tiles had been replaced, and ever forgetful, managed to stand on two before he left. Oops!!
