I was promised a quote from Mr Grant on several occasions and after chasing and chasing him he promised to supply it that day, then promised the next day. That was a week ago and I have had no communication from him since. This has gone on for a month and I am very dissappointed that he has not let me know that he doesnt want to supply a quote or undertake the work.

Of course I went into the kitchen where three cracked tiles had been replaced, and ever forgetful, managed to stand on two before he left. Oops!! He quickly reset them, did a thorough clean up, and was pleasant throughout. I thoroughly recommend him for any work which he would be employed to do.

Also lay two section of floor tile inside a cupboard so I can put a washing machine on top.

They started off the job very nicely then they got a big job and instead to finish my small job which make more sense so they could focus on the big job, they thought it better to leave my job and I paid him in full and he promised to come back and complete and he never kept his word. I am very upset Raymond as this is not the best way to do business.
