No text or call received for most of the day and only after texting and calling I got a reply in the afternoon by text to say His nana was not well and would look to rearrange later in the week. Fair enough, I can understand that. He then texts me on Thursday to say he can do Friday 9.30am. I Agree and again today no show or contact! What a complete waste of time! Totally unreliable. Reliable, punctual, hard working and competent. Sam did a fantastic job tiling our kitchen and offered to fit our new cooker hood as well.
