Of course I went into the kitchen where three cracked tiles had been replaced, and ever forgetful, managed to stand on two before he left. Oops!! I'm sure this isn't a pipe but caused by the grout being breached on the tiles in the bathroom which is the other side of the wall.The shower gets heavy use, hence the water staining.I think it needs re-grouting and sealing. The skirt board has also rotted and will need replacing
