Came to look at a tiling job and gave a quote and said he would come on Saturday 21st July. Didn't turn up and didn't bother to call to let us know. No real apology, said he had double booked and would come today (Sun 22nd July) at 9am. As expected, he didn't turn up and once again didn't bother to call. Caused us a lot of inconvenience. Very unprofessional and completely unreliable. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Gulio was not professional, complain that the job was small and he could not even do a small job good. Lots of space was in the tiles, and patchy small cut bits every where. He use my toilet seat to cut the tiles on and damage my brand new £20 toilet seat that was installed the day before. I had to lift up his work and do it myself, what's the point of him coming to my home. It cost me more because a lot of stuff got adhesive on. Would not recommend sorry.

There are also electrical cables in the living room that need tidying. Also, a small metal filing cabinet needs building and there are shelves to be put up.

The work he has done has been completed to a very high standard. I was impressed that he came all the way from Bilston near Wolverhampton to do the job (I live near Chelmsley Wood in North Solihull), and his work is extremely good value for money - I paid £280 for the job completed.
