Daniel gave a good quote a short time after I had listed the work. He does many jobs one being tiling which I required. He arrived four days later as we had agreed and did the tiling in short time. Of course I went into the kitchen where three cracked tiles had been replaced, and ever forgetful, managed to stand on two before he left. Oops!! He quickly reset them, did a thorough clean up, and was pleasant throughout. I thoroughly recommend him for any work which he would be employed to do.

They started off the job very nicely then they got a big job and instead to finish my small job which make more sense so they could focus on the big job, they thought it better to leave my job and I paid him in full and he promised to come back and complete and he never kept his word. I am very upset Raymond as this is not the best way to do business.

I have a damp on the hall floor. I'm sure this isn't a pipe but caused by the grout being breached on the tiles in the bathroom which is the other side of the wall.The shower gets heavy use, hence the water staining.I think it needs re-grouting and sealing. The skirt board has also rotted and will need replacing

You need to remove the old laminate first and put up the new one. - Living room size 20.77sqm - Corridor size 0.73sqm - Storage room size 0.52sqm Total 22.02sqm Floor tile in Kitchen area, the size is 3.10sqm. Mounting and wiring Infrared Heater over the ceiling (900 watts or more) Putting up 3 x Wall cabinets with shelves. I’m aiming to start the job on 2nd April because I still have tenant living there. Please let me know if you can do above jobs. I just wonder if you need assessment before starting or you could start the job on 2nd April straight away without assessment. This builder did the first job tiling my bathroom floor was happy with job but not finish last pieces of work leaving the toilet leaking, seemed more interested in the bigger jobs which I decided to give him, seemed reasonable priced but while doing the work he said there were faults from the previous builder which he would have to do more work. charged me ?500.00 for labour and materials later realised he cheated me not purchasing items. gave no receipt for any jobs, and not taking my calls.

Darren was absolutely amazing. I was having problems with the tiles in my bathroom and couldn't stand the site of them. He came up with some amazing ideas and turned my bathroom from an eyesore into a deluxe bathroom of which now I can enjoy my time in. He also boxed up my electric metre which was out in the open, as my hallway is very narrow he created a box that was more than practical. Darren has truly helped my house feel more like home.
