You need to remove the old laminate first and put up the new one. - Living room size 20.77sqm - Corridor size 0.73sqm - Storage room size 0.52sqm Total 22.02sqm Floor tile in Kitchen area, the size is 3.10sqm. Mounting and wiring Infrared Heater over the ceiling (900 watts or more) Putting up 3 x Wall cabinets with shelves. I’m aiming to start the job on 2nd April because I still have tenant living there. Of course I went into the kitchen where three cracked tiles had been replaced, and ever forgetful, managed to stand on two before he left. Oops!! He quickly reset them, did a thorough clean up, and was pleasant throughout. I thoroughly recommend him for any work which he would be employed to do.

This builder did the first job tiling my bathroom floor was happy with job but not finish last pieces of work leaving the toilet leaking, seemed more interested in the bigger jobs which I decided to give him, seemed reasonable priced but while doing the work he said there were faults from the previous builder which he would have to do more work. charged me ?500.00 for labour and materials later realised he cheated me not purchasing items. gave no receipt for any jobs, and not taking my calls.
