I'm sure this isn't a pipe but caused by the grout being breached on the tiles in the bathroom which is the other side of the wall.The shower gets heavy use, hence the water staining.I think it needs re-grouting and sealing. The skirt board has also rotted and will need replacing

Hi, Seeking a reliable and skilled tradesman who has bathroom wall tiling experience for a small enclosed wet room, it would be half of the wet room, not the whole room. For ease, the current tiles can be removed before you do the work, or they can be tiled over. I plan to use wall tiles that are easy to install for you but look also look pretty. There is an electric shower that would need to be removed and can be removed by someone else but if you have the experience, even better. The only things we do not have is the tools to do the job. We need the existing tiles carefully removed, any uneven walls skimmed and made good and the new tiles put on in 'brick' style format (as you would a wall). New tiles are 10cm x 20cm. The alcoves to the two windows in the bathroom are also tiled (one window big, one small).
