They started off the job very nicely then they got a big job and instead to finish my small job which make more sense so they could focus on the big job, they thought it better to leave my job and I paid him in full and he promised to come back and complete and he never kept his word. I am very upset Raymond as this is not the best way to do business.

I have a damp on the hall floor. I'm sure this isn't a pipe but caused by the grout being breached on the tiles in the bathroom which is the other side of the wall.The shower gets heavy use, hence the water staining.I think it needs re-grouting and sealing. The skirt board has also rotted and will need replacing

You need to remove the old laminate first and put up the new one. - Living room size 20.77sqm - Corridor size 0.73sqm - Storage room size 0.52sqm Total 22.02sqm Floor tile in Kitchen area, the size is 3.10sqm. Mounting and wiring Infrared Heater over the ceiling (900 watts or more) Putting up 3 x Wall cabinets with shelves. I’m aiming to start the job on 2nd April because I still have tenant living there.
