This guy Vasile Pinzar replied to my ad for tiling. I pointed out some plumbing was required before he could proceed. He suggested he would bring along a plumber next visit. New C/heating pipes were laid beneath the concrete and tiles he laid. Five months later water began leaking from beneath the tiling. I contacted him but he was not prepared to correct or make good the mess that he and his plumber created. I intend to take him to court and advise everyone should avoid him.

They started off the job very nicely then they got a big job and instead to finish my small job which make more sense so they could focus on the big job, they thought it better to leave my job and I paid him in full and he promised to come back and complete and he never kept his word. I am very upset Raymond as this is not the best way to do business.

I have a damp on the hall floor. I'm sure this isn't a pipe but caused by the grout being breached on the tiles in the bathroom which is the other side of the wall.The shower gets heavy use, hence the water staining.I think it needs re-grouting and sealing. The skirt board has also rotted and will need replacing
