J&M left a mess of smeared grouting etc on tiles & worksurfaces, hiding the faults: 1. Spacers not used as grouting gaps uneven. 2. Tiling uneven, not always level, and some tiles stick out. 3. Thick ill applied grouting not smoothed. 4. Big gaps in grouting with worksurface and edging strip. No edging strip corners meet. 5. Socket holes cut too big.

I was so impressed with his professional attitude and prices that he has now fully fitted a new bathroom for us, installed a new Velux and installed a kitchen from scratch. The finish is great, the price is very reasonable, he always manages to find a solution to the problems that arise in building work (our cottage is 300 years old so doesn't always lend itself well to modern fittings) and he's reliable & punctual.

Daniel gave a good quote a short time after I had listed the work. He does many jobs one being tiling which I required. He arrived four days later as we had agreed and did the tiling in short time. Of course I went into the kitchen where three cracked tiles had been replaced, and ever forgetful, managed to stand on two before he left. Oops!! He quickly reset them, did a thorough clean up, and was pleasant throughout. I thoroughly recommend him for any work which he would be employed to do.

Also lay two section of floor tile inside a cupboard so I can put a washing machine on top.

Lucas made contact - came out - gave me a quote - did the job and the final bill was less than he quoted. Treated me as a valued customer and I do not hesitate to recommend him for any job.
