He got his team involved to perform this task in his absence but when I mentioned that the work wasn't done satisfactorily, Thomas ensured that he personally attended to it and completed the job to a good standard. He explained that he maybe able to remove wood inbetween jobs, but if not be would be back in a week's time for sure. Me being a bit sceptical thought, hmmm maybe, but he promised me he would, true to his word he came back and tidied up all the debris as well.
