Ivy only half cleared from tree and not severed all round as I was led to believe. Persuaded to have extra work done, which doubled the initial estimate, and which was not completed as described. Finally much of cut off was dumped in the woods behind. Not impressed!

Very Courteous, the job was a bigger job than anticipated and Ivan was unable to take all of the wood away in one go. He explained that he maybe able to remove wood inbetween jobs, but if not be would be back in a week's time for sure. Me being a bit sceptical thought, hmmm maybe, but he promised me he would, true to his word he came back and tidied up all the debris as well.
