He explained that he maybe able to remove wood inbetween jobs, but if not be would be back in a week's time for sure. He got his team involved to perform this task in his absence but when I mentioned that the work wasn't done satisfactorily, Thomas ensured that he personally attended to it and completed the job to a good standard.
