Me being a bit sceptical thought, hmmm maybe, but he promised me he would, true to his word he came back and tidied up all the debris as well.

He got his team involved to perform this task in his absence but when I mentioned that the work wasn't done satisfactorily, Thomas ensured that he personally attended to it and completed the job to a good standard. A nice chap and easy to work with, so asked him to perform a few other tasks for me. Overall happy with his job, I will use him again and recommend it. Fairly priced too.

Ivy only half cleared from tree and not severed all round as I was led to believe. Persuaded to have extra work done, which doubled the initial estimate, and which was not completed as described. Finally much of cut off was dumped in the woods behind. Not impressed!
