Very Courteous, the job was a bigger job than anticipated and Ivan was unable to take all of the wood away in one go. He got his team involved to perform this task in his absence but when I mentioned that the work wasn't done satisfactorily, Thomas ensured that he personally attended to it and completed the job to a good standard.
