Secure an overlap fence to post & replace shed roof felt

The overlap fence, dimensions approx H6' x L10' has come away at one end from the fence post and is now loose and subject to further wind damage. I believe the existing fence and post can be used. The shed, 6' x 4', has torn felt that needs replacing on one side only.
