Tiling 2 bathrooms (1 just floor + 1 floor and walls)

Tile 1 x wall, 2 x floors
Existing tiles need to be removed first
One bathroom (approx 180cm x 310cm) needs the floor tiling (with ply underneath) and the wall tiles up to approx 80cm. Want cheap mat underfloor heating for approx 3m square. Also need shower fitted, so would like tiler to come back once that is done to tile that and splashback of sink. Other bathroom (approx 195cm x 160cm) needs floor tiling (with ply underneath), underfloor mat hearing for approx 2m square and possibly side of bath tiled. Probably ceramic tiles. Wall tiles probably underground tiles (?20cm x 8cm) and floor tiles quite large (?30cm x 30cm).
I will supply the tiles.

Do NOT use this builder. A TERRIBLE job. Serious leaks from both bathrooms. One ceiling fell down (not fixed) & the other\'s coming down so an ACTUAL plumber can assess the massive problems. Have to rip out the shower he installed incorrectly (& re plumb as waste full of grout), re-do most of the tiling, rip out bathroom cupboards (do not even open), re-do ALL the UNSAFE electrics, replace the loo he broke. Carpets wrecked as no protection used. Threatened us with a tool to force payment.
