Wanted tradesman handy builder who is able and experienced to repair/renew an existing ceiling in the living room of a ground floor flat.
The work will involve taking down the ceiling plaster where weak and replacing with plaster board, filling joints neatly and painting over with artex type paint or finishing off with wood chip paper.
