Bathroom ventilation required

I have a top floor flat (2nd floor) in a block of flats which has a loft space. The bathroom doesnt have any windows. There is existing ventilation above (lofT) which takes the steam outside but it needs replacing as the water is coming back into the bathroom via the extractor fan. I need this replaced

Paul came to fit a new extractor fan in the bathroom and fix the ventilation in the loft space. He was very good, explained everything clearly, quick to respond and flexible about what time he could come over. He completed the work to a high standard at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend SP installations.
