Re-rendering of front elevation of 3 storey terrace house

The house is a three storey Victorian Terrace House on a steep hill in Mumbles. The rendering at third floor level, on the downhill side of the property has "blown". The render is no longer attached to the stone/brick/mortar in a number of places. Parts are beginning to fall away. The render, I believe, is the original and is therefore old.
I would like a quote for re-rendering:-
a: The top side wall only.
b: The front elevation and the top side wall.
NB: Work has been carried out on the back of the house in more recent time.
I am keen to receive a number of realistic estimates and do need to have the work completed before the autumn.
