Nick first came out to fix a leak on my shed roof.
He offered good advice and explained all the options and then came out to complete the job a few days later.
I then had a dilemma only a few days later when a chair wouldn't fit through the front door. Nick was there within an hour and not only took out my window to get it in but had to take my new shutters off which made me very nervous! Tidy, helpful and went the extra mile!
