I hired Alan to fix the bedroom floor, he did a good job .He told me that bathroom and kitchen fitting was his main work.I gave him the job of purchasing & fitting a new bathroom . I trusted hin to get the fittings, he purchased the wrong sink & toilet they could not be returned as he had fitted them. I had to order the wright items and stand the cost of the wrong ones. The price was going up all the time from the original quote.He left me with a leaking radiator and never returned to fix it.
