Let down by previous contractor - TB stepped in and sorted the job at short notice. Took the time to explain how the basic repair work would be done and offered options as to how the finishing could be done. Impressed by the preparation to control any mess and the clean up at all stages. TB proved to be knowledgable, reliable, fair-priced and did a good job without any fuss - couldn't ask for anything more. Would recommend to others.
