I hired Michael in mid June for making some shelves. After he visited site we agreed on a price and I paid him deposit of ?143 by bank transfer. I vacated all my stuff so that he can do the job. When he did not arrive till 9.30 I pinged him and he said he is busy in his kid's school. This wasted my whole day as I took day off from work. I had to put back again all my stuff back.
The story does not end here, he did not even return my deposit. I am in touch with Trading standard.
