general cleaning plus fit a fireplace but not fire gutters

I need someone to help with cleaning windows inside and out and gutters cleared. General house cleaning and yard sweeping. Plus we have a second hand adams style fireplace we need help fitting including cutting away some skirting board. Also a bit of painting too.
